Rose Petal Tea

The Herb Gardener blog for this week has a recipe and directions for Rose Petal Tea.  I am going to keep it for next spring, when I should have more than one rose at a time - all very heady scents!  I'm doing fine, but it's a bit boring - lie on my right side, sit up, lie on my left side.  Oh well, at least I can read and have tea!

Glad to have your second surgery behind you! This is a very good thing!

I absolutely love the fragrance of rose, and I think it blends very well with tea...both green and black.

I've always wanted to make an herbal tea out of pure rose petals, but I always think about it when I don't have access to blooming roses...just like you with this post! =)

I think when I do it, it's going to be with those old-fashioned fluffy pink roses with the bright yellow centers...they have the most powerful but pleasing fragrance!
